Adoption is not a straight line — it accelerates, then it saturates.

When we plot internet use over time, a familiar S-curve appears: slow at first, then explosive, then levelling off as the easy gains run out.

The interesting question is not the average, but the spread — who reaches saturation first, and who is still on the steep part of the curve.
