This Privacy Policy explains how the Mouasher website handles personal data when you browse the site, subscribe to the newsletter, or use a contact, event-registration or training-enrolment form when one is made available. It applies only to this website and not to external websites or services linked from it.

This website is operated under the name Mouasher. Mouasher is responsible for decisions about the personal data described in this policy.

You may unsubscribe through the method provided in a newsletter or by contacting Mouasher. A limited record may be retained after unsubscribing when necessary to honour the request and avoid sending further messages.
7. Contact, event and training requests
Where these forms are enabled, the information you submit is used to respond to you or administer the requested activity. Contact messages may be delivered to an institutional email account. Event and training requests may also be stored as private WordPress records available only to authorised users.
The website may use short-lived, one-way technical identifiers to reduce automated or duplicate submissions. These identifiers are not intended to identify you publicly.

The public website is not designed to use advertising cookies. WordPress, security features or other necessary services may use essential cookies or similar storage required for operation, security or user preferences.

- Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related follow-up.
- Technical and security logs are retained for limited operational and security periods determined by the relevant system or service provider.
Information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups are replaced or deleted in the ordinary cycle.
